At Pout Wink Beauty Bar the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is of utmost importance. With this in mind, and given the current unpredictable situation with Covid-19, we have increased our shop guidelines to operate in a clean and sanitary environment. This is fundamental in maintaining a safe and welcoming facility.
This approach will mean that we will elevate and continue to meet our clients needs and expectations through safe practices and demonstration through coaching to ensure they get the very best service. Makeup Artists, Nail Techs, Aestheticians, and Stylists will use a face shield to protect clients and themselves from Covid-19. In our retail shopping area, we will use sampling (where appropriate) to reassure customers and allow them to try skincare products at home.
As a business, we have created an action plan to be able to manage the flow of the communication between staff members with our continued focus on employees wellbeing. We have incorporated EPA approved sanitation products in all of our beauty stations for all staff and clients to use to help protect the safety of our community.
We will continue to work closely with Public Health resources to ensure we navigate these challenging times with everyone’s safety in mind and will update our Covid-19 guidelines and instructions as events develop. Pout Wink Glow strives to make a safe and convenient process including: curbside pick up, shipping and flexible scheduling. While our Beauty Bar currently remains open for business, you may chose to shop online.

All surfaces that have been touched during a service will be disinfected. This includes all equipment and highly used common areas by staff and clients. Beauty Bar will be cleaned using only registered US Environmental Protection Agency approved cleaning products.
All tools will go through an intense disinfecting process. First, tools are cleaned with anti-bacteria cleaner and then placed in Barbicide. Second, tools are placed in a high heat sanitizer cabinet. The final step, tools will be placed in a UVC sterilizer for a complete disinfection.
All reusable materIals and linens will be thoroughly disinfected and washed according to the protocol from the US Environmental Protection Agency. Cleaning these surfaces regularly throughout the day (as well as part of your normal opening and closing procedures).
Touch-less hand sanitizers will be provided throughout the Beauty Bar.
All employees will adhere to standard disinfecting protocol i.e washing hands under warm water with soap for at least 20 seconds and using hand sanitizer in view of client.
All beauty stations will be well stocked and on view to both team member and clients with the following: Hand sanitizer, Brush Cleaner, Surgical Spirit, Tissues, Wipes, Cotton Pads, Spatulas, Mascara Wands, and Lip Wands.
